If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order so we can arrange this for you.
